RETURN WITHIN SEVEN DAYS
We offer a full refund, excluding shipping, for all unworn watches returned within seven days of delivery. Please note that we don’t offer returns for either the straps or the watch rolls.
UNWORN CONDITION ONLY
We understand that you want to try the watch on your wrist, but all returned watches must be in perfect unworn condition (with all the plastic protection adhesives intact and still glued to the watch), and in their original packaging (black cylinder and cardboard box). We do not accept slightly worn watches for refunds. If the watch is returned in perfect condition, but the strap has been used or marked, we won’t accept the watch, and it will be returned to you.
CONTACT US FOR THE AUTHORIZATION
Before shipping your return, email us at email@example.com to receive the return instructions and authorization code (RMA). This code is necessary to identify the returning parcel in our warehouse. If you return the watch without the RMA code, we’ll not be able to process it, and we will send it back to you.
After receiving the timepiece, we’ll inspect it and verify if there is any risks or marks on its case, glass or strap. If it is in perfect condition, we will issue your full refund. But if there is any sign of usage, unfortunately, we won’t accept it, and we will send it back to you.
TRACKING YOUR RETURN
Choose a reliable Shipping Method with a Tracking Number, so we can follow up the delivery until the watch returns to us. Without a valid Tracking Number, we’ll be unable to locate your return and issue your refund. Please, be sure you get the Tracking Number in order to be refunded.
For purchases with a credit card, it usually takes 2-6 days to receive the refund. If you don’t receive it after the 6th day we issued your refund, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
